MioCpromoter+RBS tetR+stop+tetp+RBS+GFP+stop

This part is a reporter for the s phase of the cell cycle. In the S phase of the cell cycle the MioC promoter is inactivated by DnaA protein, as a result the tetR is not transcribed and the tetP is not negatively controlled by the tetR. So, GFP reporter is synthesized.
